Cait (she/they) is a dancer and educator based in Toronto. They started taking ballet classes at a community centre in Vancouver at 3 years old, and never really stopped moving. After relocating to Ottawa, she competed in dance competitions across Ontario, notably Shine Dance Competitions’ Nationals 2013 where they won Senior Miss Shine. They attended the dance program at Canterbury High School, exploring modern and ballet, and developing their love for choreography.

During university, Cait was a member of Silhouettes Dance Company at the University of Toronto, choreographing and performing in a number of contemporary and jazz pieces. She co-founded Horizons Collective in 2018, choreographing contemporary dance concept videos in collaboration with a number of other Toronto artists. Cait’s other performance credits include Toronto Fringe Festival and Dance Force Toronto.
